Rebranding Announcement: Dye & Co. Pty Ltd – Insolvency Practitioners is now DyeCo Solvency & Turnaround

We are excited to announce our refreshed brand identity with a new logo and a new website.

What has changed?

The Name

Dye & Co. Pty Ltd has been helping individuals and businesses in financial distress since 1978.

A lot has happened over the journey, including, most recently, the introduction of specific turnaround legislation such as Safe Harbour and Small Business Restructuring.

Whilst we have always performed Turnaround and Restructuring services, we felt that the name Dye & Co. Pty. Ltd. – Insolvency Practitioners no longer wholly reflected the diversity in our practice offering.

It also became clearer when speaking with various referrers that they were unaware that we also offered Turnaround and Restructuring services.

So, we embraced the opportunity to change to let the world know that, we are and have always been “More than just Insolvency” and that can no longer be forgotten.

We also dropped the “&” ampersand, to align with our emails and website and adopted DyeCo, we answer to both Dye & Co and DyeCo.

The Logo

The logo; depending on your view point has numerous elements:

It contains a stylized D and a C in reference to Dye & Co.

It contains circular elements creating an infinity symbol representing solvency (infinity) and turnaround (circles).

The colors carry on from our original logo but are a bit brighter and fresher.

The More than just Insolvency byline, confirms our ethos whilst reminding that Insolvency is still part of our core business.

What hasn’t changed?

The Dye in Dye & Co was a must keep both in honor of the brand built since 1978 and of the founder Victor Dye.

Our dedication to providing the best advice and service aimed at achieving the outcomes that deliver the maximum benefit to all stakeholders.

We continue provide all of the services that we have always provided, such as liquidations, bankruptcy, voluntary administration, personal insolvency agreements and receiverships.
